Global Scope Watcher? why that name?

Well... that name for this particular purpose seems nice, but also apart from the name being catchy,
it seems well suited for the aim  of this blog which is to visit the technical needs of each and every country in the world one at a time :-) .

      I know this will not be easy, but with time let's see what comes out of this effort. cheers!

     Actually there are so many ways to learn programming namely: web tutorials, ebooks, training centers video tutorials, e.t.c. But I can tell you categorically that the easiest way to learn programming is actually by watching video tutorials... as they always say, monkey see, monkey do hehehe... but joke apart, video tutorials is the best way to learn programming.
